Grants.com is operated by Hodie LLC (“we”). This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

What we collect

• Assessment data: contact details, organization information, self-reported revenue and credit ranges, funding goals, property ownership information, and consent records, including timestamp and IP address.
• Member data: profile details, interests, saved grants, searches, and communication preferences.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

We do not request Social Security numbers, EINs, tax records, bank credentials, or grant application documents through the assessment.

How we use information

• To operate the assessment and display results.
• To provide member features such as matches, alerts, and reports.
• To connect you with a funding partner when you qualify and consent.
• To send service messages and, with consent, marketing email. You may unsubscribe at any time.

How information is shared

• Funding partners: only according to your consent during intake or at your explicit request.
• Service providers: companies that support hosting, email delivery, payments, and analytics, acting under our instructions.
• Legal requirements: when disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell personal information to list brokers or data resellers.

Retention and your choices

We retain assessment and account data while your account or service relationship is active and as needed for legal and consent records. To request access, export, correction, or deletion, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request.” We aim to respond within 30 days.
