Funding research built around reality

We combine official grant data with a short assessment that helps identify realistic funding paths for your organization.

Where our grant information comes from

Our database is built from official government sources — primarily federal listings from Grants.gov — and is synchronized automatically on a regular schedule. Every listing links to its official source. Expired opportunities are flagged and removed as sources update.

We do not currently accept sponsored or paid listings. If that changes, sponsored placements will be labeled on the listing itself.

What the assessment does

The free assessment takes about two minutes and collects basic information about your organization, including its type, time operating, revenue range, credit range, and funding goal. Our system compares that information with realistic funding criteria and shows the paths that fit.

Matching is automated, with human oversight of the rules. We tell you plainly when grants are not a realistic fit — most for-profit businesses hear this from us because it is true.

What happens with your information

If your profile qualifies and you request a connection, or you consent during intake, we share your information with a vetted funding partner who may contact you directly. Grants.com may be compensated for these connections. See our Advertising, Affiliate & Referral Disclosure.

If you do not qualify for partner funding or do not request contact, nobody calls. You are offered research tools and resources instead.

What we are — and what we are not

  • We are a funding research and matching service and a disclosed referral source for funding providers.
  • We are not a grant provider, government agency, grant-writing service, or application submitter.
  • We do not increase or guarantee your odds of grant approval. You always apply directly with the grant provider or lender.
