Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Grants.com, a funding research and matching service operated by Hodie LLC.
Effective date: January 1, 2026 · Last reviewed: August 2, 2026
1. The service
Grants.com is a funding research and matching platform. The assessment is free. We are not a lender, grant provider, or government agency; we do not submit applications, and nothing on the site is financial, legal, or tax advice.
2. No guarantees
We do not guarantee the accuracy or continued availability of any listing, any funding outcome, or any partner decision. Listings link to official sources, which you should verify before applying.
3. Referrals
If you consent to partner contact, you authorize us to share your assessment information with funding partners that may contact you. Grants.com may be compensated for referrals. See our Advertising, Affiliate & Referral Disclosure.
4. Pro membership
Pro membership is offered at $19.95 per month or $149 per year and renews automatically until canceled. You may cancel through the billing portal, effective at the end of the current billing period, with access retained until then. A refund of the first charge may be requested within seven days. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice. The Pricing page is incorporated into these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You may not scrape or resell database content, submit false information, interfere with the service, or use the platform unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Content ownership
The platform, database compilation, and site content are owned by Hodie LLC or licensed to it. Grant information itself originates from official public sources.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us during the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes may be communicated by email or site notice. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
