Community Development Grants

Community Development grants are offered to communities to address their critical development needs. With a focus on ensuring affordable housing to some of the most disadvantaged communities, Community Development Grants are awarded based on community need, poverty level, and other demographic factors - such as overcrowded slums. Grantees are asked to create a plan that encourages resident participation and attempts to eradicate the core conditions that threaten the health/welfare of the community.
